VDO-Webshop ordering process:
How do I order something from VDO-Webshop?
You can order in 5 simple steps:
Step 1. Choose your product(s):
First, search for the product you want to buy.
Then put it in your digital shopping cart via the big blue button.
To continue shopping, click on the white button: "Continue shopping".
If you want to continue ordering, click on the blue button: "Proceed to checkout".
On the right you will see the contents of your shopping cart and the price excluding shipping costs.
The final shipping costs are only visible when you have entered all address details.
Click on the blue button: "Proceed to payment".
Step 2. Filling in personal details:
Do you have an account?
Then ordering is much faster.
Then click on: "log in".
Then enter your e-mail address and password.
Click on the blue button: "Continue".
Don't have an account yet?
If you want to checkout as a guest, click on: "Checkout as a guest".
Choose: "Mr. or Mrs."
Enter your first name, last name, company name (if any) and e-mail address.
If you want to create an account, this is optional, choose a password and fill it in.
Check: "I agree to the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Policy".
Note: Shipping costs vary by country:
The shipping costs mentioned in this step are the standard shipping costs for shipping within the Netherlands.
Higher shipping costs apply for the other countries.
These will be visible before you checkout, after you have entered all address details.
Step 3. Fill in address details:
Enter your address details.
If you have entered a company name, please also enter your VAT number.
The VAT number is then automatically checked in the EU database.
If your VAT number is valid and your address is in the EU but not in the Netherlands, we deliver with zero VAT rate.
If your address is outside the EU, you will not be charged VAT.
Click on the blue button: "Continue".
Step 4. Shipping method:
We ship with PostNL as standard.
The PostNL shipping costs are listed on the right.
If you want your order to be shipped differently, you can fill it in under the PostNL logo
The total amount of your order including shipping costs can be found under "My shopping cart"
Click on the blue button: "Continue".
Step 5. Payment:
Choose your payment method
Check: "I agree with the Terms and Conditions and the right of withdrawal".
Check your order.
Click on the blue button: "Order with payment obligation".
Done:
If the process went smoothly, you will receive an email from us entitled: "Payment accepted".
