Privacy-sensitive data or personal data is processed through our webshop. Bakker Services en Solutions BV considers careful handling of personal data to be of great importance. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us.
In our processing, we comply with the requirements of the privacy legislation. This means, among other things, that we:

Handling order:
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to be able to handle it properly. We may then give your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.
For this we use your e-mail address, telephone number, billing address, date of birth, name and address details, gender and payment details. We need this because of the contract we enter into with you. We keep this information for up to two years after your order has been completed. We retain certain customer data for a longer period of time in connection with the statutory tax retention obligation.

We work with certain companies that may receive your personal data from us mentioned above.
For the processing of orders, we work together with:
• Our postal companies: Sendcloud, PostNL, DHL and UPS
• Our payment provider Sisow
Your account
Certain parts of our online store require you to register first. You will then need to provide information about yourself and choose a username. We use this to create an account, to which you can log in with that username and a password of your choice.
For this we use your payment details, e-mail address, name and address details, billing address, telephone number, gender and date of birth. We do this on the basis of your consent. We will retain this information until you close the account. We store this information so that you do not have to fill it in again and again and so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement. You can change information through your account whenever you want.

You can use the contact form to ask us questions or make requests.
For this we use your billing address, gender, name and address details, telephone number, e-mail address and date of birth. We need this because of the contract we enter into with you. We will keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and six months thereafter. This way we can easily access the information for follow-up questions. It also allows us to train our customer service to become even better.

Provision to other companies or institutions:
With the exception of the partners mentioned above, we do not give your personal data to other companies or institutions under any circumstances, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police demand it in the event of a suspected crime).

We keep statistics about the use of our webshop.
Google Analytics:
We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our webshop. We have entered into a processing agreement with Google. This contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to keep. We allow Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We let Google anonymize the IP addresses.
Security:
Security of personal data is of great importance to us. We ensure that your data is properly secured with us. We are constantly adjusting the security and paying close attention to what can go wrong.

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy statement. It is recommended that you consult this privacy statement regularly so that you are aware of these changes. We will do our best to announce changes separately as well.
