Alipay is an online payment system and subsidiary of China's Alibaba Group.

American Express:

American Express, also known as AmEx, is an American financial services company headquartered in New York City. American Express is one of the best-known brands in the world. The company is best known in the Netherlands and Belgium for its issuance of credit cards and traveler's checks.


Bancontact is a payment service, known until 2016 as Bancontact/Mister Cash, which is the Belgian leader in electronic payments. As a payment service, it is responsible for checking, calculating and processing electronic payments.

Carte Bancaire:

Carte Bancaire is a French payment service, formerly known as Carte Bleue. As a payment service, it is responsible for checking, calculating and processing electronic payments.


Dankort is the national debit card of Denmark. Today it is usually combined with a Visa card and functions as a Visa debit card abroad and in stores that do not accept DanKort.


Giropay is an online payment platform of the German banks, which is based on the existing German system of online banking, and was specially designed for use in E-commerce environments. Giropay shows similarities to the Dutch iDEAL.


Consumers who have internet banking with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Rabobank, Revolut, SNS Bank, RegioBank, ING, Knab, bunq, Moneyou, Triodos Bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers and Handelsbanken can pay with iDEAL without having to register. The transaction is free of charge for consumers.


Maestro is a multinational debit card service founded in 1990 and owned by MasterCard. Maestro cards can be obtained from affiliated banks and can either be linked to the cardholder's bank account or issued as prepaid cards.


Mastercard is a company that issues credit card licenses worldwide. It is one of the largest companies in its industry.


Multibanco is a Portuguese interbank network. It is the largest interbank network in Portugal, owned and operated by SIBS, linking the ATMs of 27 banks in Portugal, with a total of 12,700 machines as of December 2014. Multibanco's bank members control SIBS.


PayPal was originally a payment method developed for EBay. It has since become one of the most widely accepted payment options worldwide. As buyers, PayPal allows you to pay easily using your email address and password. Amounts can be paid by direct debit or a linked credit card.


Przelewy24 is Poland's most widely used payment method. Przelewy24 enables online payments for Polish consumers through a large number of Polish banks, international credit cards and various other payment methods via SMS, for example.

SOFORT Banking (8 European countries):

SOFORT Banking is a European payment method that allows payments to be made without buyers having to create additional accounts. SOFORT Banking is available in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Belgium and Poland. It works with most banks from these countries.

Customers log into SOFORT Banking using the data they use to log into their own online banking environment. SOFORT Banking is TÜV certified, this guarantees that it is a secure method for making payments.


VISA is best known for the credit card services it provides. In 2019, VISA made a total of 188 billion payments and it operates in some 200 countries worldwide. The VISA card is a compilation of several credit cards issued before 1977 such as the BankAmericard and the French Carte Bleue.

Prepayment by bankwire:

Prepayment means that after entering your order, you transfer the outstanding order amount to VDO-Webshop's bank account yourself. Please always state the invoice and order number from the order confirmation when transferring manually.

Prepayment is not the fastest method of payment. Therefore, please allow one to three working days for the payment to be transferred. Once we receive your payment, we will immediately email you a confirmation of receipt and ship your order as soon as possible.

WeChat Pay:

WeChat Pay is a mobile payment and digital wallet service from WeChat, based in China, that allows users to make mobile payments and online transactions. As of March 2016, WeChat Pay had more than 300 million users.

We do not accept other payment methods such as checks, gift vouchers, by instalments or by giro transfer.
